FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
At Prince Parfums Dubai, we are proud to offer our customers excellent shipping rates and service options. We provide Free Shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount, which may vary throughout the year. Please check our website for the current threshold to see if your order qualifies.
The Free Shipping offer is only valid for the continental United States and does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.
International orders, including those to the UAE, are not eligible for free shipping.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES/UPDATES
To update your shipping address after an order is placed, please send your request within 30 minutes of purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate late changes, any requests made after this time frame may not be able to be honored, and Prince Parfums Dubai cannot guarantee that the change will be made.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, any additional shipping charges incurred due to returned or undeliverable packages will be the responsibility of the customer. If the order initially qualified for free shipping, the cost to resend the package to a corrected address will be billed to the customer.
Should a package be returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address and the customer elects for a refund or cancellation, the shipping cost initially covered by Prince Parfums Dubai will be deducted from the refund amount.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT DELIVERY
To ensure the secure delivery of your purchase, all orders valued at $250 or more are shipped with a Signature Required upon delivery. This measure is to prevent loss or theft during transit. The courier will attempt delivery three times to obtain a signature. If they are unable to secure a signature and complete delivery, the package will be redirected to the nearest courier office or access point. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package within a designated timeframe.
If a package is returned to Prince Parfums Dubai due to an incorrect or incomplete address, non-deliverability issues, or failure to pick up from a courier access point, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping charges. The customer will need to place a new order if they wish to repurchase the items.

EXCHANGE POLICY
At Prince Parfums Dubai, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward process for exchanges. We do not accept returns.
Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges must comply with the return conditions and be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Exchange Processing Fee: A $10 processing fee is applicable for each exchange transaction.
REFUND "30 Day Guaranteed" POLICY
Initiating a Refund: Email us within 30 days of order receipt to start the refund process. Timely communication is important to maintain the product is received and reasons for the refund are documented.
Free Gifts: If a return lowers your original order below the free gift eligibility threshold, please return the free gift in an unopened condition along with the purchased products. Used gifts or gifts not returned will have their value deducted from the refund
